$4500.00 per flight hour plus fuel surcharge

Two hour per day minimum

$1000.00 per overnight

Cabin Attendant $450.00 per day plus expenses 

 

*Note: Overnight fee's will be higher in New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Caribbean, and at any special events (i.e. sporting events and conventions etc.)
